				<description>&lt;p&gt;Please discuss with your parent(s) how they use math in their lives on a daily basis.&amp;#160; Together, come up with a list of &lt;strong&gt;&lt;u&gt;five&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; ways that&amp;#160;they use math at home and/or at work.&amp;#160; Post your list&amp;#160;on the &lt;strong&gt;&lt;u&gt;blog&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; page.&amp;#160; In a couple of days, come back and respond to&amp;#160;two other students (from outside of your class) about a way you found interesting that their parent uses math.&amp;#160;&amp;#160;To post, click on the&amp;#160;comment link.&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Posts and responses are due by Monday, October 19.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;</description>
